In a record of sorts, national carrier Air India was chosen as the ‘Most Trusted Brand’ in the national Aviation sector for the fifth year for providing the Cheapest airfare over the decades. One of the most trusted name on Cheapest flights in India.
The honor was bestowed upon the airline in the Economic Times Brand Equity Survey 2010, said Air India which added that AI has also been ranked 28th among the top 50 Service Brands, ahead of leading banks, insurance companies, food chains and airlines.
The Most Trusted Brands Survey was conducted by the Economic Times in collaboration with The Nielsen Company, a leading market research agency that identifies brands that bond with consumers who believe it provides quality and reassurance.
Recently, Air India was also presented with the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Gold Award for the fifth consecutive year.
